My front desk sales person is very non computer literate, and in a weeks time she is doing everything she needs to and more and has confidence now.
For us it moves us from point “A” to point “M” (for money) and eliminated all the ones in between, getting invoices and getting paid was always the downside of my business and after 19 years I don’t have to worry about it anymore. No, we use about 60% of the features.
We find the simple features are the biggest time savers. Our favorites are the full price catalogs imported from most all distributers, the ability to send email directly from the program, and the ability to clearly and accurately put multiple decoration methods on the same invoice without loss of clarity.
The speed of order entry and the features that are being added are making this the program for all employees. Training is simplified – reporting is easier than ever and the ability to email quotes, artwork approval forms, sales quotes, financial reports and invoices make this very impressive for my customers to see. Even my small 4 person shop has the look of the big corporations. Fast Manger is taking my sporting goods store paperwork and trimmed down the wasted time to allow more production.

The catalogue order feature saves us the most money. Due to not having to look up prices and type descriptions of each garment.
We highly recommend using FastManager for all screen printing and embroidery shops who want to have a smooth running organization. Departments didn’t know what and when each segment of a job was going to be done. For example, an order comes in it needed to be ordered (someone then needed to inventory it and needed paperwork), art work as needed, so information needed to get from sales to the art dept. From the art dept., screen printing or embroidery needed to know what art work went on what garments. Fast Manager is allowing us to communicate with other departments without missing a beat.

The sales screen because we are able to produce many quotes very quickly. My sales people are the highest paid employees so anything that can accomodate them to do things faster and more accurately the more it adds to the company’s bottom line. it is so easy to use that even my production people who never used a computer before learned what they needed in the program in less than an hour!
I can’t imagine running the business without it! I don’t know how we did things before this program. There were so many “loopholes” in the old paper system that managing people was nearly impossible. We lost $$$MILLIONS$$$ over the years in our paper system from employee mistakes. Invoices not getting created, production not being repeatable and sales staff “making up prices” all lead to this HUGE depletion on the company’s monies. FastManager COMPLETELY ELIMINATED those loopholes!
PO Wizard – Order accuracy is dead on, also saving the time to compile an order list Re-order feature – Historical orders are repeated correct avoiding wrong design detail or product items, therefore scrap and remakes. The best link between items/designs on previous orders protecting order accuracy.
FastManager shouldn’t only be looked at as a pricing program, or a scheduling program, but an overall usable archive of the companies customer base. From design quality protection, previously ordered products, customer information, vendor database of products to an interface with QuickBooks Pro that we rely on heavily each day. Chris has done an excellent job it putting this program together and strives to continue accomodate the needs of the industry.

This system has improved drastically from when I looked at it a few years ago. I hope my local competition doesn’t read my testimonial, and I hope they never get this program!!!! We are at an advantage with this system. I paid thousands trying to get a program created only to purchase this in the end.

We have been using Fast Manager since the beginning of time. We looked around before we got the “New” Fast Manager and we couldn’t find anything that compared to it. We love all the updates. Everytime we think we have it all, you guys come up with new update to make it faster and easier. WE LOVE IT!

#2 is the Quickbooks Integration tool. This is very powerful and will prove very important in the future when I need to pull reports.
